Recommend Dosage 
·         Each 1ml (full pipette) serving of oil contains 20mg CBD. 
·         If you are unsure of your tolerance or physical requirements, start with 0.5ml a dose (half pipette) and slowly increase your dosage as required. 
·         Farmer’s CBD is completely non-toxic and non-psychoactive (extremely low levels of THC), such that you will never feel “stoned” or “high”
 
Directions for use 
·         This product is intended to be taken sublingually (under the tongue). 
·         Shake well before extracting the desired dose using the 1ml pipette. 
·         Place the desired dose under your tongue and keep it there for at least 1 minute before swallowing. Swallowing the oil too soon will reduce its effectiveness, as CBD is more efficiently absorbed in the mouth versus in the gut. 
·         Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
